Dried Figs 300 G Aydin

It is collected from dwarf wild fig trees located at an altitude of 1700-2100 in Aydın's high plateaus. It is left to dry on its own branch and after the fruit dries, it falls by itself. Figs collected in special nets placed under the trees are packaged and offered for sale. It has a small core, a thin crust and its color is yellow close to white. It is very rich in fiber, phosphate, iron, calcium, potassium minerals.
