Olive trees, which are one of the plants specific to the Mediterranean climate, are a plant with a history of about 5000 years and are abundant in our country. Olive, which starts to change color in September and November, matures by turning from green to purple and then to black. Harvesting of ripening olives continues from the end of September to February. After the collected olives are washed, they are crushed and crushed in stone mills. Thus, it is ensured that the bulk in the fruit flesh is taken out. After the kneading process, this jelly, called semi-dough, is subjected to rinsing or pressing, allowing oil droplets to leak. It is leaked down to the last droplet by the printing process, then rested to separate the oil from the land-water. With the final filtering process, small particles in the oil are removed. In this way, the pure oil is filled into bottles.
